'The Little Polar Bear' is all about Lars' various little escapades. Lars, the young bear, often has to contend with problems. But his friends are there to help him!

Lars and Robbie get to know the octopus Octavius. They discover that water is fun even if you can't swim. Then they find an old boat called the Red Rose. People are planning to steal the boat, but Lars and his friends won't let them. And then they come across Caruso, a fun-loving, song-singing penguin, at the North Pole! What will happen when the rough-neck polar bears try to send Caruso away?
