Lennaert Maes and Andries Boone have been crafting tailored performances for Dutch language learners for over 15 years now.
For Wij 2.0, they've joined forces with three talented musicians: Nana Osei-Twum Barima from Ghana, Catalina Chamorro from Chile, and Jamal Moussaid from Morocco. These artists were already established professionals in their respective homelands. Now, they take centre stage here, infusing traditional Dutch tunes with an exotic touch. Songs from their own cultures are translated into Dutch.
